The Row presented their Fall 2013 collection in a rented $48-million Upper East Side Town House on East 64th Street next to the Plaza Athenee. Out of all the shows that I have been to this season, this has been my favorite. Their attention to detail is something that certainly doesn’t go unnoticed, from the décor that was perfectly selected to compliment the collection to the men in suits greeting editors and guests with mimosas as they walked in the door. Mary-Kate said, “Without it being easy, we wanted it to be easy,” and this couldn’t be more true. The hair and makeup was absolutely effortless.  Estee Lauder Creative Makeup Director, Tom Pecheux used Sunday Riley to gives the models a natural, radiant, clean and youthful appearance. The models toes were painted in Essie Forever Young (a classic red) and Devil’s Advocate (black plum) depending on which color of the same style ruffled mules they wore. Hair was parted in the middle, with loose angelic waves that was messy but kept.
