Baby it’s HOT outside. As summer winds down, I find it imperative to streamline your beauty routine. It’s the perfect time to shoot for a simpler, more efficient regiment, as there’s so much summer damage to undo, but so little time.  You need to repair that salt and sun soaked hair with restoring products, treat your body with quenching and all natural moisture, achieve pretty skin that smells like a tropical dream sans tanning lotions, and replenish the delicate skin on your face with game-changing oils.

The end of summer always gets me excited about trying new things. I am so in the mood for a new luminizer, and I think I may have found the perfect one from Kjaer Weis. To make my eyes pop without piling on the makeup, I’ve turned to some new eyebrow enhancing tricks with the help of Benefit. Lastly, I’m obsessed with multi-functioning, long lasting wonders that allow your lips and cheeks to stay colorful no matter what the day throws at you. Welcome, to my August Glow Guide.

Kjaer Weis Radiance Luminizer – You already know I’m obsessed. This power product gives the perfect natural looking sheen. The color is slightly cooler, almost lavender, and looks effortless and rich. The irresistibly cute silver compact doesn’t hurt either.

Prtty Peaushun – I am in love with this skin perfecting lotion, pronounced pretty potion! Its perfect for the legs and arms when you are not quite as tan as you would have liked, or you are insecure about bruises, redness or even stretch marks. This makeup artist created lotion covers all imperfections and leaves your skin looking and feeling flawless.

Philip B Russian Amber Imperial Shampoo – I never knew a shampoo as powerful as this. Recommended by my friend, and Glow Guide, Mimi, this baby is sure to give your hair body and thickness and is perfect for days when you want your hair to look its fullest.

Benefit High Brow Highlighter – A handbag no brainer. Draw a line directly under your eyebrows before filling in your brows. Your eyes will instantly appear brighter and whiter. You can even use this under your eyes.

Sisley Black Rose Precious Face Oil – I am sure that you have seen this baby marketed somewhere. But I have tried it, and LOVE it. My skin actually looks better than ever. I use on clean skin, immediately before serum and lotion.

VMV Hypoallergenics Know-It-Oil – This fairly new line, introduced to me by friend and glow girl, Danielle Snyder, is where it’s at. This coconut body oil is perfect for full face and body moisturization without being over “coconuty.”

Tarte Cheek Stain in Flush  – I am addicted to Tarte’s cheek stains! They are super easy to apply and deliver just the right amount of color. They are perfect if you are going for that “bitten” tinted look.

By Terry Tint to Lip Water Color Lipstain in Pink Palace – Pictured, it looks purple, but when shaken and applied, it’s more pinky. This super vibrant lip color is practically a lip tattoo, so you don’t have to deal with the stickiness of a gloss. It’s perfect to toss in your bag for on the go color. This fuchsia is right up my alley, and looks really beautiful on the lips and cheeks.

Yves Saint Laurent Nail Lacquer in Violine Surrealiste – This is the perfect deep purple nail polish. A perfect summer alternative to black.

Caudalie The des Vignes Fragrance – Trust me on this. You will be obsessed just like I am. This fragrance is super light, yet still sensual and warm.  Like a lingering caress of a powdery cloud, this scent brings notes of ginger, orange blossom, and jasmine.
