Nothing makes you look more youthful than regular sleep and a glowing complexion. But while we can’t always guarantee that 8-hour beauty sleep, we can certainly fake a healthy glow. This winter, instead of the usual silver or golden hue, go pink. I kinda just love pink and it seems like the world does too this season. Between London’s most Instagramed restaurant, my wedding and the spring collections, things are feeling very rosy. It might seem rather basic, but I love it.
Now, I am not suggesting that you really dye your hair pink, simply go for a pink glow. I have been a big advocate of getting the glow for a longtime now – this is no surprise. And while lots of beauty products come and out of my life, there are a few, let’s call them the ‘greatest hits,’ that I keep on buying. What does it take to make the cut? Many things. For one, they don’t make me look greasy. They also can’t be filled with toxins, of course. And lastly, if there’s fragrance involved, it has to leave a light, delicate scent that lingers on my winter coat.
Not only do these products pass the test, they also deliver a pink, lit-from-within glow that’s hard to beat. Here’s what you need to get the look this winter:
Tom Ford Soleil Eye and Cheek Pallet in Cool
Rodin Holidot Lip Balm and Lip Ring
MAC Strobe Cream in Pinklit
Olio E Osso Pink Tinted Lip Balm
Vintner’s Daughter Active Botanical Serum
La Mer Face and Body Gradual Tan
