With holiday parties just around the corner (can you believe October is almost over?! Kill me now.), it’s time you start prepping for all the craziness that is the party circuit NOWZA. My suggestion? Invest in an anti-aging device. Until about two weeks before my wedding, I’d never used or even owned a scale. I recently met with the founder of 001 skincare, a hot-off-the-press London based skincare brand that everyone seems to get chatting over. She gave me a quick demonstration around my eye of her Eyecicle – a temperature controlled (you keep it in your fridge) conditioning device designed to be chilled and used around the eye to slow signs of aging and treat damage skin conditions. Use it in combo with your favorite active eye cream of serum and watch fine lines disappear. I think it’s especially great to use right when you wake up when your eyes are their puffiest or if you suffer from allergies.

Last but not least, there’s my new favorite micro-currenting device. In a recent interview with Clêmence Von Mueffling (for her upcoming Glow Girl feature!), I learned one of her biggest skincare secrets: micro-currenting at home. She uses the handy Nuface a few times a week to stimulate the facial muscles for a more youthful appearance. It’s legit proven to reduce wrinkles, improve facial contours and brighten skin tone for a smoother, softer complexion. She sold me so bad on it that I got one too.
