With holiday parties just around the corner (can you believe October is almost over?! Kill me now.), it’s time you start prepping for all the craziness that is the party circuit NOWZA. My suggestion? Invest in an anti-aging device. Just like you use tools for your hair, teeth and nails to keep them in tip-top shape, an anti-aging device can give your skin the little boost it needs to achieve a long-lasting glow. Get them now and you’ll be looking better than ever come holiday season. Here are my all-time faves.

Until about two weeks before my wedding, I’d never used or even owned a scale. In hopes of getting my husband in shape before the big day, and on recommendation from not one but two friends, I purchased Withings. I got the white one. It’s a sleek scale that not only measures your weight but your fat mass, BMI and other cool things like air quality. Download the withings app and keep track of your daily steps and set reminders like I do for water intake.Because what you put inside shows on the outside of your skin, this little contraption will help you achieve that lit-from-within glow.

If you follow me on Snapchat (@anabel_atkinson) then you know how obsessed I am with the Mē bright eye illuminating device. It combines Red LED Light with Radio Frequency to boost collagen production for brighter, livelier eyes and smoother, younger-looking skin. All you need is 3 minutes on each eye, everyday, and your eyes will thank you. Seriously, it takes only minutes a day to see a noticeable difference – no dermatologist appointment necessary.

I recently met with the founder of 001 skincare, a hot-off-the-press London based skincare brand that everyone seems to get chatting over. She gave me a quick demonstration around my eye of her Eyecicle – a temperature controlled (you keep it in your fridge) conditioning device designed to be chilled and used around the eye to slow signs of aging and treat damage skin conditions. Use it in combo with your favorite active eye cream of serum and watch fine lines disappear. I think it’s especially great to use right when you wake up when your eyes are their puffiest or if you suffer from allergies.

Last but not least, there’s my new favorite micro-currenting device. In a recent interview with Clêmence Von Mueffling (for her upcoming Glow Girl feature!), I learned one of her biggest skincare secrets: micro-currenting at home. She uses the handy Nuface a few times a week to stimulate the facial muscles for a more youthful appearance. It’s legit proven to reduce wrinkles, improve facial contours and brighten skin tone for a smoother, softer complexion. She sold me so bad on it that I got one too.
