While many of you have heard of May Lindstrom, one of the true pioneers in organic skincare, you probably have not tried her blue beauty balm, Blue Cocoon. I ended up scooping one up for myself earlier this year after a friend sang its praise and begged for me to try it myself. The point of this balm is to replace your current morning and night moisturizer. It’s similar to the texture of coconut oil, but without that super intense coco smell.

You only need a pea size amount to meld the warm concentrate onto your whole face and neck. The smell is heavenly, and it’s become a ritual that I really look forward to morning and night. The mystical blue tansy ingredient is what eases your heart and mind and instantly relaxes any sort of anxiety or stress from the day. The product is geared towards troubled and stressed skin so don’t let the oily consistency deter you. I swear, I am hooked on this baby. I use it religiously morning and night — just a bit on top of my serum.

Once you try it, you will see why I am hooked. My friend who recommended it to me swears by it because it’s the only thing that clears her skin and removes all the redness and irritation from her complexion. And I believe it.

The second product I can’t get enough of is May’s body oil. The Good Stuff is a total body elixir that recharges your mind body and spirit. I know, sounds strange right? I wouldn’t believe it either until I saw it but its true! The scent is a mix of cocoa, rose, lavender, and ylang ylang and is made with light flecks of golden minerals to leave you with the prettiest glow. It’s also super sexy, so your guy will definitely love it.
